Gewerkton enters beta with a voice-first approach to construction records

Construction software often starts at the desk and works backwards towards the site. Gewerkton takes the opposite route. The new voice-first construction documentation and defect management platform begins with what crews say, photograph and confirm in the field, then carries that material into plans, models, reports and operational workflows.

Born in the German market but built for global use, Gewerkton combines German commercial integrations with multilingual capture and a choice of regional AI providers. Voice as the starting point

The central idea is straightforward. Site teams already create a large amount of project information through spoken instructions, observations, acceptance discussions and accounts of completed work. Gewerkton is designed to turn dictation into structured evidence, defects, daywork reports and tasks rather than treating speech as material that must later be rewritten at a desk.

German commercial depth, global operating scope

Where the workflow is aimed

Gewerkton is targeting project types where site evidence is extensive and coordination is complicated by distance, time, language or the number of trades involved. Wind farms and renewable-energy projects are one example. Their sites can be distributed, crews can rotate, and field acceptance may take place where mobile coverage is poor. Offline capture is intended to preserve the record in those dead zones until it can rejoin the wider workflow.
