Joseph Joseph has added a cupboard-mounted caddy set to its CleanTech cleaning range. The £60 set includes three tools and a mounting bracket; the caddy is also available separately for £29, according to Ideal Home.
Joseph Joseph has added a storage caddy set to its CleanTech cleaning range, pairing a slim, cupboard-mounted organiser with three cleaning tools. The set is listed at £60 at Amazon, while the caddy can also be bought on its own for £29, according to Ideal Home’s report. The update is aimed at households looking to keep cleaning supplies together without using more cupboard floor space.
The set includes the CleanTech Dual-sided Surface Scrubber, the CleanTech 2-in-1 Glass Cleaning Tool and the CleanTech Telescopic Extension Pole. Ideal Home describes the caddy as having a large carry handle, so users can take the selected tools and cleaning products from room to room. The mounting bracket and screws are included for fixing the organiser to the inside of a cupboard.
Ideal Home’s reviewer said the caddy’s slim profile should allow a cupboard door to close with the organiser attached, though the report does not provide dimensions or a measured clearance test. The caddy is intended to hold the three supplied tools alongside cleaning bottles or other small essentials; how much it can carry will depend on the cupboard and the items stored in it.
The reviewer said the new set is more streamlined than the original CleanTech tool set, with fewer tools leaving more room for bottles or other supplies. The report also notes that tools in the wider CleanTech range can be purchased separately, letting shoppers add items they expect to use. The listed price for the full set is £60, and the reviewer said a standalone caddy is available for £29.
Cupboard Doors Become Storage Space
The update addresses a practical storage problem: cleaning products and tools can accumulate under sinks, while a portable caddy can take up valuable shelf or floor space when not in use. By attaching the organiser inside a cupboard, the design makes use of otherwise unused door space and keeps selected supplies together for moving between rooms.
For shoppers, the choice between the £60 set and £29 caddy is relevant. The full set provides three tools alongside the organiser, while existing CleanTech owners or people who already have suitable tools may prefer the caddy alone. The supplied report does not establish how the product performs for all homes, so its fit and usefulness will depend on cupboard dimensions, door construction and the user’s storage needs.

How the New Set Fits CleanTech
Ideal Home’s reviewer had tested Joseph Joseph’s debut CleanTech set the previous year and said several of its larger tools had become part of their regular cleaning routine. The reviewer also used a pole organiser to store those tools, but said that setup had not solved the problem of keeping bottles and smaller cleaning essentials organised under the sink. The new caddy is presented as an addition to that arrangement rather than a replacement for every tool in the range.
The set supplies a surface scrubber, a glass-cleaning tool and an extension pole. The report says these were among the reviewer’s most-used tools and describes them as suitable for areas including bathrooms, kitchens and windows. It also mentions other CleanTech products, such as a tile and grout scrubber, a detail-cleaning brush and a carpet rake, which can be bought separately. These are examples from the report, not items included in the £60 caddy set.
“The CleanTech Caddy actually solves a few of the problems I face in my home.”
